As a young, up-and-coming aviation company with proximity to our Rhine-Neckar region, we are looking for a sales employee (f/m/d) for our jet fleet as soon as possible.
- Completed commercial training, preferably related to tourism or aviation
- Quick comprehension and interest in aviation
- Strong ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Commitment, loyalty and reliability even under stress
- Commitment, loyalty and reliability
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with FOS and Avinode are an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-call duty (including weekends and public holidays)

Silver Cloud Air is a German charter airline headquartered in Speyer, Rhineland-Palatinate. The company was founded in 1982 and has steadily expanded its own aircraft fleet ever since.
With our Cessna Citation Jet and Citation Jet 3, we operate business aviation and private flights across Europe, and with our Cessna Citation XLS / XLS+, we can even conduct flights beyond Europe, reaching as far as North Africa.

- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience in the aviation industry
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant aviation environment, including exposure to aircraft technical documentation
- Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and components
- Familiarity with applicable EASA regulations, manufacturer maintenance programs, and Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL), as well as their application within Maintenance Control and Maintenance Planning
- Basic knowledge of CAMP program requirements is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in standard office software and web-based applications
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Forecast and coordinate maintenance projects for company aircraft
- Create, monitor, and update work packages for scheduled maintenance tasks using the company’s computerized maintenance system
- Coordinate and support unscheduled maintenance activities and technical discrepancies
- Maintain aircraft records and monitor life-limited components and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with EASA and company requirements
- Perform periodic audits of aircraft records and computerized tracking systems to ensure data accuracy
- Support the correct documentation and filing of scheduled maintenance activities, ADs, SBs, and related records in permanent aircraft logs
- Update and maintain tracking systems for inspections, life-limited parts, AD compliance, and company-imposed maintenance limits
